COACH CHARLES
Coach Charles Patriarca started playing bowling as a youth bowler in high school & college. He stopped playing when he started to work in the BPO industry. With his busy schedule as a corporate guy & a family man, it didn't give him the opportunity to pursue the hobby.
In 2022, a game invite re-ignited his passion for the sport. He started building his arsenal of bowling equipments, joined a bowling association & played regularly in leagues & tournaments.
He also started a YouTube Channel, CHARLES PATRIARCA BOWLING & created contents for the bowling community, which is one of the first in the Philippines & it has inspired many bowling enthusiasts.
An opportunity came to be trained & become a USBC Bronze
Certified Bowling Coach by none other than the Asia's First & Only Gold Level Coach Mr. Paeng Nepomuceno, a Philippine & world bowling legend.
Hence, the birth of First Strike Bowling Academy.
Today, Coach Charles is coaching full time for the love of the sport & the community while being able to incorporate his training & development skills expertise from the corporate world in creating tailor-fit training approach & materials that caters to all skill levels.
